God and Garden Have you noticed that in a garden it is easier to experience God than nearly anywhere else? Praying while sitting in or working in a garden is a direct connection to our Creator. Why is that? Because it’s a return to the Garden of Paradise, the Garden of Eden. The close relationship that God intended to have with all of his human creations was first brought into reality here. He wants to restore for us the closeness that our first parents, Adam and Eve, lost. Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so…. Young Men and the Return to Religion New surveys show that more young men than women are now turning to organized religion. And Catholicism, with its rituals and definitive teachings on matters of faith and morals, is very appealing to many of them. Surprisingly, it’s the young men who are leading this revival. What’s behind this trend? The Proof Data reveals that Gen Z men are more likely to attend weekly religious services compared to previous generations. A recent study conducted by the Survey Center on American Life found that 54% of Gen Z adults who quit going to church are women. That means that fewer than half — 46% — are men, unlike years past.
