Terry Modica shares a little piece of this chapter on the “Father’s Heart”. She discusses the importance of understanding the Father’s amazing love and how past disappointments can affect our relationship with Him. She emphasizes the need to trust God and accept His answers, which can come in three forms: “yes,” “not right now,” or I’ve got something better.”  Then, she shares an interview from April 2025 with Richard Dugan, the host of the radio show “Tell Me Your Story.”

What doubts about God the Father do you have? These are undermining your faith, and today we’re going to find a way to overcome them. Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town and in his own home.” And he did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith. (Matthew 13:57-58 NIV) So far in this book, we’ve been digging up the misconceptions we have about Abba-Father that originated in human failures. Now let’s look at preconceptions. Preconceptions originate in prejudices that we’ve been influenced to believe. How affected are you by spiritual prejudices?
