It’s been too long since I last posted a blog entry on The Father’s Heart. So much has happened that I won’t take time to tell the whole story. But here’s a nut-shell’s worth:

After my book “30 Days to the Father’s Heart” was published in 2023, I got so sick that I spent time in the hospital and bedridden at home. I had barely recovered from that when the publisher announced that they were shutting down their business. I prayed and went off in search of a new publisher.

Then my husband, Ralph, unexpectedly died.

Needing something good to celebrate, I soon pushed myself into taking care of my books. Speaking to Sebastian Mahfood of En Route Books and Media produced excellent results. He wanted to publish my books but asked me to split “30 Days to the Father’s Heart” into three books of 10 chapters each.

The Father’s Heart: Meet the Real Abba Father (book one) contains 10 spiritual exercises to heal from the wounds of the heart. Sebastian turned it into a workbook for you to write in, so you can bring the lessons of each chapter deeper into your heart. It includes a foreword by EWTN television and radio host Bear Woznick.

I’m still my mother’s caregiver. I’m still struggling with severe knee pain. I’m still overloaded with the tasks that Ralph used to handle, which still takes up too much of my time, making me keenly aware of the absence of my dear helpmate. But through it all, God the Father has been with me, comforting me, consoling me, and encouraging me. I frequently tell him about my worries and my anger, knowing that he already knows. I vent my fears and frustrations to him. He understands. When everything feels like too much, I cry on his shoulder.

God has not abandoned me. I know this for sure only because of the years of inner healing I received during my journey of meeting the real Abba Father.

In your difficulties, you need the same assurance. That’s why I hope you have your own copy of book one in the trilogy on The Father’s Heart.
